People bemoan this generation that

is growing up living life in front of screens,

always connected to something or someone.

This people are wrong.

connectivity will   every aspect of society

- politically, socially, economically.

To connect the world is to free the world.

Technology doesn't work on its own.

It's a tool.

You are the ones who will harness that power.

And that requires innovation and entrepreneurship.

Don't just be a shepherd following somebody else's vision and ideas-new models.

new forms, new thinking - that's what we need from you.

But you cannnot let technology rule you.

Take your eyes off that screen, and look into the eyes of the person that you love.

Don't push a button saying I "Like" something.

Actually tell them.

 

사람들은 이세대를 한탄합니다.

항상 스크린 앞에서 살면서 성장하며, 언제나 무언가, 누군가와 연결된 채 살아가는 세대를 말이죠. 

이 사람들은 틀렸습니다. 

연결성은 사회의 모든 측면을 혁신시킬 것입니다.

정치적으로, 사회적으로, 경제적으로 말이죠.

세계를 연결하는 것은 세계를 자유롭게 하는 것입니다.

기술은 그 자체로 움직이지 않습니다.

그것은 도구일 뿐이죠.

여러분은 그 힘을 이용할 수 있는 사람들입니다.

그리고 그것은 혁신과 기업가 정신을 요구합니다.

다른 누군가의 비전이나 아이디어, 새로운 모델들, 새로운 폼, 새로운 생각들을 좇는 양치기가 되지 마세요. 오히려 우기당신에게 얻고 싶은 것이 그것입니다.

하지만 여러분은 기술이 당신을 지배하게끔 하진 마세요.

스크린에서 잠시 눈을 떼고, 여러분이 사랑하는 사람의 눈을 바라보세요.

무언가에 "좋아요" 버튼만 누르지 말고, 직접 그들에게 말하세요.
